Exchange and Returns Policy
If you have any questions or queries regarding our Exchange and Returns Policy please do not hesitate to contact us either by email or phone.
Due to hygiene reasons Strut Active does not issue refunds or exchange their products except when there is a manufacturing defect. Please ensure your size before purchasing.
Costumes may not be exchanged unless you have received an exchange authorization number from Strut Active.
This number should be written on the outside of your package and on any paperwork/correspondence you include.
Costumes may not be returned unless you have received a return authorization number from Strut Active.
This number should be written on the outside of your package and on any paperwork/correspondence you include. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns for credit or refund. We can only accept exchanges.
Send the costume to be exchanged or refunded complete with all items that are included free with the costume such as poufs, gloves, skirts, etc. You will receive replacements for everything with your new order.
Please return costumes to be exchanged within five days of receiving your return authorization number. Exchanges/returns are considered new orders and are shipped based on availability.
Cancellations will only be considered for any items not yet released for shipping.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return/exchange item(s) to us. However, there is no charge for the return of defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
